Founded in 2018, Mallorca Vibes was born from a deep passion for Mallorca and a desire to share its authentic essence with companies and groups seeking unique, unforgettable experiences. The company quickly grew, extending its reach to other stunning Balearic islands, including Ibiza, Formentera, and Menorca. This led to the creation of Med Vibes, an umbrella DMC covering Mallorca, Ibiza, and Menorca.

Caroline Robertus
Born and raised in Saarland, a charming region in western Germany known for its picturesque landscapes and warm hospitality, I carry both German and Russian roots that shape my open and diverse outlook on life. My journey with Mallorca began in 2019 when I first arrived for an internship—and it didn’t take long for me to fall in love with the island’s beauty, culture, and endless possibilities.
Fluent in Spanish and english, I love connecting with the locals, discovering hidden gems, and building strong relationships that allow me to create truly authentic and exclusive experiences. With a naturally warm and empathetic approach, I focus on personal connections and tailor-made event planning, ensuring every client feels understood and taken care of.
Bachelor’s degree in International Tourism Management from the Saar University of Applied Sciences in Saarbrücken (Germany).

Leonie Wagenmakers
Leonie Wagenmakers was the founder of Mallorca Vibes. She created the company in 2018 with the aim of sharing the authentic Mallorca with others.
By 2024 founded MedVibes, a company that brings Mallorca, Ibiza, and Menorca to life with unforgettable, tailor-made experiences.

Loïs Dekker
Born in the Netherlands but with a heart that beats for Spain, she has been calling Mallorca her second home for the past 14 years. When she is not in Amsterdam, you’ll find her soaking up the island vibes and capturing its beauty through her lens.
With a background in Commercial Economics & Entrepreneurship and a passion for photo and video content, she loves bringing stories to life in a way that grabs attention. Her experience spans across Barcelona, Curaçao, Mallorca, and the Netherlands, always with a focus on creativity and impact.
At Med Vibes, she supports Caro and Leonie during bigger events and she is all about crafting powerful marketing strategies to bring the brand to an even bigger audience—because good vibes should be shared!
